My Workout Calendar

If you’re like me, do you get exhausted from making decisions every day? 

I used to get so tired at the end of the work day that even going to the gym was daunting for me. I just wanted to be able to show up and do something for me. 

So I 💜 that I have a workout calendar to follow every day. And super trainers that show up in my family room! At-home fitness was my saving grace. Especially as a busy mama. 👯‍♀️

Today, I got back on track with my workouts! I’m doing a new 30 minute-a-day program. It’s kicked up a notch from my last one. Some cardio, strength, Pilates, and even yoga…but my goal is to simply finish each day. And then to check in with my accountability groups! 

It’s either Day 1 or one day! We get to make that choice!
